APPEAL LETTER FROM OUR CHAIRMAN
April 10, 2016
Dear Friends and Supporters:
We have created a foundation to honor two (2) fellow Lions in our Lions District 4-L6 so we can provide scholarships to graduating high school students. There are fourteen (14) Lions Clubs managing our foundation but without funding from sources like you and/or your club we wont be able to grant the said scholarship. We need your assistance and you can do it in a number of ways:
1. By donating $100 or more, you will be either a Frank P. Rivera Fellow or Jim Ashcraft Fellow (see form below) and you will receive a pin to recognize your support;
2. Clubs and/or organizations can also donate $100 or more and will receive a banner patch;
3. Individuals, clubs and/or organizations donating $500 or more will receive a plaque of recognition and will be able to present the scholarship award to the recipient;
4. Or, any amount you'd feel comfortable contributing to our cause and we'd post your name or business name in our Website as one of our patrons.
Please consider supporting our foundation in anyway you or your organization can. With your support, together, we can go a long way.
